The Terrace Health and Rehabilitation Center project was an expansion wing to an existing facility. This wing totaled 61,058sf and features an 18-bed unit, gourmet kitchen, and dining area, rehabilitation/fitness room, nurses station, staff offices, communal area, and an exterior rehabilitation training course in the courtyard.
