Schmid Construction was contracted for the new construction of 3 mixed use buildings located in the Millenia Mall hub in Orlando. These shells totaled over 18,000sf of space and were built in under a year. The shells now house the following retail shops and restaurants: Verizon, Sleep Number, Habit Burger, Chipotle, Pei Wei and Zoes Kitchen.
