This project was a ground-up automotive dealership expanding over 8 acres. Offering a 20,000sf climate-controlled service shop that includes 20 in-ground vehicle lifts, a sprinter van workstation, dry and wet detail bays, and state of the art Hunter alignment pit. The A 2,000 sq. ft customer lounge features a cafe, a business center, and a customer lounge with a fireplace. The 4,000 sq. ft showroom features polished porcelain tile, CREE LED linear fixtures and an enclosed new vehicle delivery area.
