The master site project Deerfield Beach Outparcel was located on a 24.8-acre site and included related site improvements including a parking lot, dumpster enclosure and underground utilities. Once completed, the site featured 3 buildings offering 85,500sf of retail space. A mix of tilt-wall and concrete masonry unit construction was utilized on these buildings.
