The ARA Dialysis Center in Clermont is an interior build-out (TI) of 6,000 SF. The space includes a large treatment area with 12 patient treatment stations. The Dialysis Center features a conference room, staff lounge, staff locker area, clinic manager’s office, private consultation and treatment room, medical waste area and water treatment room.
